Join Farris LLP as an IT Support Specialist, where you'll provide essential technical support in a legal setting. This role requires advanced skills in troubleshooting and solutions-oriented thinking.

You will collaborate effectively with both the Service Delivery and Solutions Delivery teams while reporting to the Director of IT. Your efforts will focus on resolving escalated technical issues, supporting ongoing projects, and enhancing service delivery processes. Keeping abreast of industry technologies will help you ensure high-quality support to law professionals within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for technical issues
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems with precision




• Document support requests and ensure timely resolution
• Contribute to incident management and corrective actions
• Mentor Helpdesk staff on technical solutions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT
• At least 5 years in IT support, with 1-2 years in an escalation role
• Experience with Microsoft administration and AV platforms
• Proficiency in diagnosing network issues
• Familiarity with legal tech and AI platforms
