We are searching for a passionate Sports Medicine Physician licensed in Ontario to join our thriving practice at Foundation Physiotherapy. This role includes conducting detailed assessments, diagnosing musculoskeletal conditions, and providing evidence-based treatments. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes while receiving referrals from across all Foundation clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and diagnose musculoskeletal injuries in patients
• Develop personal treatment plans with allied health specialists




• Provide non-surgical interventions and rehabilitation services
• Use EMR to manage patient records effectively
• Contribute to community sports event coverage

Requirements:
• Licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
• Diploma in Sport Medicine from CASEM required
• Ability to start with flexible weekly shifts
• Commitment to collaborative patient care
• Open to progressive practice management
