Key Responsibilities:
• Coach and develop a skilled communications team
• Design communication plans supporting Electricity’s business objectives
• Advise leadership on emerging issues and communication risks
• Manage communications regarding customer service disruptions
• Facilitate effective stakeholder and public engagement efforts
Requirements:
• Degree in relevant field; graduate degree is a plus
• Minimum 10 years of communications or public engagement experience
• Familiarity with crisis management and regulatory communications
• Experience advising senior executives on reputation matters
• Understanding of utility models and government policy impacts
