Ready to lead the charge in transforming eCommerce shipping & logistics? The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to join our fast-paced team. This role offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic environment with lots of opportunities for learning and professional development. The Senior Accountant will play a key role within the Finance team leading reporting and month-end preparation. This is an exciting opportunity to build the foundational processes for a growing business. In addition, there is an opportunity to partner with the business, understand the business model and be a financial business partner.
This is a hybrid role, based in the Vancouver, BC area. The ideal candidate will work 2 days in the Vancouver office,



with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week.
Who You Are A proven track record in financial reporting and analysis at a senior individual contributor level
Professional accounting designation CPA or equivalent is required
Must have knowledge of Auditing
Strong knowledge of IFRS/ASPE and financial reporting standards
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Understanding of ERP and/or financial systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working in a technology-forward environment; experience using AI tools such as Claude to enhance productivity, automate routine tasks, and surface insights is a strong asset
Experience in retail, wholesale, ecommerce, logistics an asset
What You’ll Do Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reporting including month-end, quarter end and year-end financial statements and analysis
Perform complex analysis of financial results and present insights to internal business stakeholders
Develop robust understanding of financial forecast and perform meaningful variance analysis
Controls and Regulatory Compliance: Play a lead role in the financial audit, review and quarterly review
Perform IFRS/ASPE technical research and prepare technical memos
Prepare audit and tax working papers and analysis as requested
Develop internal control documentation, identify gaps and remediation plans
People & Technology: Develop an in depth understanding of the financial system and become an expert on configuration and financial reports
Identify continuous improvement opportunities including automation, RPA and AI-assisted workflows
Leverage AI tools—including Claude—to streamline reporting, enhance analysis, and improve team efficiency
Work collaboratively with the business to identify process improvements

Compensation The salary range for this role is between $90,000 and $110,000 depending on experience. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. We offer a comprehensive range of benefits which includes:
