Reporting to the Clinical Manager, the Resident Physiotherapist will provide both inpatient and outpatient services. This role suits new graduates seeking mentorship while also engaging in a diverse caseload with established and evolving programs. You will maintain clinical records, confer with physicians, and contribute to strategic planning in the department.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assessments and consultations for patients
• Establish treatment goals alongside patients
• Maintain accurate clinical and statistical records




• Collaborate with physicians on patient care
• Participate in departmental strategic initiatives

Requirements:
• Master’s in Physical Therapy or equivalent
• Current license with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated independent and team work capability
• Current CPR certification
