- Assess and update clinical care plans regularly

- Educate and mentor unregulated care providers Requirements:
- Valid registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
- Robust clinical knowledge and experience in senior care
- Background in gerontology or long-term care a plus
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
