Join the Thames Valley Family Health Team as an Occupational Therapist in Ontario, providing critical support to patient care across multiple locations. This position requires you to conduct comprehensive assessments and work closely with patients, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to develop tailored treatment plans.

- Build partnerships with community resources for patient support
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Therapy
- Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Experience across diverse fields of practice
- Proficient in EMR and Microsoft Office applications Deliver impactful occupational therapy services while contributing to comprehensive patient care at Thames Valley Family Health Team.
