Job Summary

Duties
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using tools like QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace to maintain up-to-date records
- Handle clerical responsibilities such as filing, photocopying, proofreading documents, and organizing office supplies
- Support bookkeeping activities by managing invoices, expense reports, and basic financial recordkeeping
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff members
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or email
- Maintain organization of medical or dental office records (if applicable), ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with robust organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable
- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong phone etiquette and ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently
- Prior experience in medical or dental office environments is a plus but not required
- Demonstrated ability to handle filing systems, proofread documents, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Exceptional organizational skills combined with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable working independently while supporting team needs with professionalism and enthusiasm
