Position Location: Chilliwack BC
Salary: $21.14 -$26.01 per hour
Work Schedule: Casual, on-call position with shifts available any day of the week, including evenings, weekends,
and holidays, based on operational needs.

These positions provide support across a variety of departments and programs as operational needs arise. Administrative Support
· Front reception and customer service
· Answer phones and respond to inquiries
· Data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation
· Schedule appointments, meetings, and programs
· Maintain confidential records and office systems
· Support community events and departmental operations
General Labour
· Facility and janitorial services
· Groundskeeping, landscaping, and trail maintenance
· Basic maintenance and repairs
· Event setup and takedown
· Habitat restoration and vegetation management
· Secure operation of tools, equipment, and vehicles
Casual On-Call Expectations
· Successful applicants will join our Casual On-Call Employee Pool and will be contacted as work becomes available.
· Employees are expected to:
· Provide current availability for scheduling
· Accept shifts that fall within their submitted availability
· Maintain reliable attendance and responsiveness
· Support a variety of departments as operational needs arise
Required Education and Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent (required or preferred depending on assignment)
· Previous administrative, reception, maintenance, custodial, landscaping, or general labour experience is an asset
· Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
· Satisfactory Criminal Record Check and Vulnerable Sector Check
· WHMIS, First Aid, or other safety certifications are considered assets
· Experience working with First Nations communities or Indigenous organizations is an asset

Working Conditions
Assignments may take place in offices, community facilities, outdoor spaces, maintenance environments, kitchens, childcare settings, event venues, and community grounds. Work may include standing, lifting, working outdoors in various weather conditions, and occasional evening or weekend shifts
