This full time permanent role reports directly to the Chief People & Development Officer. You will develop HR strategies that align with the agency's goals while supporting a diverse and inclusive workplace. Key activities include mentoring HR professionals and overseeing compliance and safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Create and implement HR strategic plans
• Manage recruitment and orientation tools
• Promote positive labor relations and conflict resolution
• Drive learning and development programs
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations

Requirements:
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in HR or related fields
• At least five years of senior HR experience
• Proven ability to build strong relationships
• Knowledge of HR legislation and practices
• Valid driver's license and police check
