Key Responsibilities:
• Print and mail Season Passes according to guest purchases
• Review and approve guest photos for Season Pass compliance
• Accurately verify Season Pass barcodes




• Facilitate bulk mailings of passes to guests
• Communicate updates to the Guest Services Manager regularly

Requirements:
• Customer service experience in an office environment
• Familiarity with computer-based systems and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and accurate work history
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
