In this role, you'll be the key player in managing the tool crib operations at DIRTT. As a Manufacturing Team Member, your focus will be on maintaining tool inventory, coordinating repairs, and supporting production processes. This onsite position operates on a schedule of four days on, four days off for optimal work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily tool crib operations and maintain organization
• Track tools through issuing, receiving, and inspecting
• Develop procedures for tool crib efficiency and safety




• Monitor inventory levels and request replenishments as needed
• Assist in training current staff on tool handling practices
Requirements:
• Previous experience in manufacturing preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Effective communicator with cross-functional teams
