Reporting to the Director of Procurement, you will manage the Responsible Procurement function at lululemon’s Store Support Centre. Collaborating with various teams, you will lead initiatives that enhance supplier performance, integrating ethical and sustainable practices into procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement Responsible Procurement strategies • Guide teams in translating strategy into actionable plans • Establish operational rhythms with cross-functional teams • Drive supplier risk and performance strategies • Champion change initiatives to promote mindful procurement
Requirements: • 7+ years in Third-party Risk Management or related fields • 3+ years of experience in indirect procurement categories • Knowledge of AI and sourcing platforms is a plus • Solid facilitation and storytelling skills • Advanced communication and relationship management abilities
