As a Licensed Trailer Technician, you’ll leverage your skills as a certified Journeyman Technician or Red Seal Mechanic. The position emphasizes diagnosing issues during inspections and executing repairs alongside a dedicated team. Safety is paramount, and you’ll need to perform safety inspections and work orders accurately using technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on trailers
• Accurately diagnose and respond to inspection findings
• Work collaboratively with service and tractor mechanics
• Enter detailed work orders into computer systems
• Conduct safety inspections and ensure compliance
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid Journeyman or Red Seal certification
• Proven diagnostic and time-management skills
• Previous safety inspection experience an asset
