Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations, health authorities, professional associations, regulatory bodies, and other clinical placement partners across the provinceIdentify, develop, and facilitate current clinical placement opportunities for the NPSP certificate programCollaborate with the Director, NP Programs, and external partners to develop innovative clinical placement models and learning opportunitiesCoordinate clinical placement activities for NPSP certificate students with the Director, NP Programs, and Graduate Office staffFacilitate placement planning to align program requirements with available opportunitiesCoordinate communication and information sharing among students, faculty, healthcare partners, and placement agenciesSupport implementation of approved placement plans and address operational requirementsMaintain systems and processes tracking placements, agreements, capacity, partner information, and documentationProvide guidance on placement processes, timelines, documentation requirements, and operational considerationsFacilitate stakeholder communication to support successful placement experiencesRequirementsBachelor of Nursing degree requiredActive registration and good standing with the applicable provincial nursing regulatory body (CRNA)Experience in nursing practice and strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical practice environments, and the role of Nurse Practitioners within the Canadian healthcare systemKnowledge of clinical education environments, clinical placement processes, and operational requirements associated with healthcare student placementsAbility to facilitate partnerships and work effectively with diverse stakeholder groupsStrong consultation, negotiation, facilitation,
