Warehouse Operations Supervisor - Evenings The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is responsible for achieving company objectives related to safety, efficiency, quality, productivity, and inventory accuracy. This role is focused on leading warehouse team members and supporting proactive operational plans related to receiving, warehousing, inventory control, and shipping product in a manner consistent with company service and cost objectives.

Schedule: 3:00pm – 11:30, Monday to Friday Lead employee management and development for warehouse team members Engage employment agency regarding temporary labour Work closely with staff on all aspects of day-to-day warehouse operations for the assigned account Help drive goals, targets, productivity, and performance standards Act as the first point of contact for customer concerns and provide exemplary customer service Ensure KPIs are achieved for customers and internal stakeholders Ensure employees are trained and aware of all standard operating procedures and best practices Run various operational reports, including labour planning for the team Support inventory accuracy through follow-up on discrepancies, product movement,



and warehouse processes Promote and enforce safe work practices and ensure team members follow company policies and warehouse safety procedures High school diploma ~ Solid computer and keyboarding skills ~ Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel Good interpersonal skills and previous experience managing a team Customer-centric approach and the ability to manage high client expectations Familiarity with warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and material handling Safety related experience specific to MHE, an asset Experience working in a unionized environment is an asset Company wide recognition initiatives designed to recognize employees when they demonstrate outstanding customer service, teamwork and our core values.
