Legacy Coatings and Supplies is looking for an Operations Coordinator to keep our Edmonton branch running behind the scenes — inventory, order processing, and fulfillment.

The role

This is a systems-and-details role, not a customer-facing sales position. You'll make sure orders are entered accurately, inventory is received and tracked correctly, and everything going out the door is picked, packed, and ready on time. You'll work closely with our store team, who handle the customer-facing side of the business.

What you'll do

Enter and manage customer orders and quotes in our inventory system

Receive incoming inventory against purchase orders

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for pickup and delivery

Keep order and inventory records accurate and up to date

Support the store team with occasional customer assistance as needed





Loop in technical specialists for product-specific questions

What we're looking for

Experience in an operations, warehouse, or order-processing role

Comfortable working with a computer-based inventory/order system

Highly organized and detail-oriented — accuracy matters here

Reliable and a strong team player

Industrial, automotive, or building supply experience is a plus, not required
