Reporting to the Manager, Operations Finance at Spring Living, you will be integral in managing the financial performance for a portfolio of 4 to 5 retirement communities.

Utilize your accounting discipline and business partnership mindset to engage with Executive Directors, enhancing decision-making through robust financial insights and analysis. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the month-end close process for assigned communities
- Analyze financial results, explaining variances and trends
- Maintain compliance with accounting policies and internal controls




- Support audit requests and improve financial reporting processes
- Assist in onboarding newly acquired retirement homes

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 2-4 years of relevant finance experience
- Proven ability in full-cycle financial statement preparation
- CPA designation or enrollment preferred
- Robust analytical skills and attention to detail
