Purpose: Manage daily security operations and ensure GUARDS CANADA® delivers contracted services safely, professionally and consistently.

Responsibilitiesoversee guards and supervisors; coordinate client-site launches; ensure adequate staffing and shift coverage; maintain post orders and operational procedures; oversee incidents and escalations; review reports; conduct client follow-ups; monitor attendance, overtime and service quality; verify licensing/training requirements; coordinate scheduling and mobile supervision; and report operational KPIs to management.

Skills

- substantial security-industry experience, previous supervisory/management experience, excellent client communication and report-writing skills, robust knowledge of scheduling and field operations, technology literacy, and applicable provincial licensing.
