Introduction

Prime Hires is seeking a skilled Operations Officer II - Bilingual to join our client in support of an existing vacancy.

Contract Period: 12 months with potential to extend or convert

Pay Rate: $31 per hour

Location: Mississauga, ON

Location Type: Hybrid

Business Hours: Monday – Friday, Core business hours

Job Responsibilities:

- Supporting clients in managing their finances, reviewing documents submitted by branch partners to ensure they meet legal requirements, and processing them if accurate or following up when needed.

Experience & Qualification Requirements:

- Post Secondary degree required.
- 2-4 years of banking experience required.
- Fully bilingual in English and French- written and verbal.
- Prior experience in an SLA based role.
- Microsoft 365 proficiency- Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Comfortable using AI technology.
- Legal experience- working with legal government documents.
- Familiarity with POA files.
