We are a dynamic and progressive full-scope optometry practice in Cambridge looking for an enthusiastic OptometricAssistant / Frame Stylist to join our team!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in eyewear and fashion, and wants to be part of a supportive and established optometry practice. Whether you already have optical experience or are looking to continue developing your skills, we're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude and exceptional customer service to every patient interaction.

What You'll Do

- Welcome patients and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Assist patients with selecting frames based on their style, lifestyle, and vision needs.
- Support patients with lens options and eyewear recommendations.
- Assist with optical dispensing, fittings, and frame adjustments.
- Support the Optometrist and team with day-to-day patient care.
- Assist with general Optometric Assistant duties and clinic operations.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming optical and clinic environment.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide an exceptional patient experience.

Position Details

- Part-time, permanent
- Approximately 20-24 hours per week
- $19.00–$24.00 per hour, depending on experience
- Availability for 1–2 evenings per week is required
