Overview
As a Manager, Workplace Solutions Projects, you will lead projects that create inclusive, protected, sustainable, and high-performing workplaces. You'll help plan and design spaces that support accessibility, belonging, wellbeing, productivity, innovation, privacy, security, and pride in our mission. This includes creating workplaces that are barrier-free, reflective of our brand, supportive, belonging, equitable and inclusive, productive, human-centered, innovative, safe and welcoming, fit for function, and sustainable.
You'll lead workplace projects from planning through completion, working with internal teams, service providers, and contractors. You'll also support communication and change activities and help ensure projects meet business, safety, and workplace needs. You'll translate these principles into practical workplace programs, renovations, and master plans-from project initiation and planning through execution, performance monitoring, and closeout. Working in partnership with the Construction team, Building Operations, business areas, service providers, and other partners, you'll lead communication and change activities, oversee contractors, and ensure projects align with divisional priorities, safety and risk management programs, and the organization's evolving workplace needs. This is an opportunity to influence how people connect, collaborate, and do their best work across our corporate properties.
This is a temporary role for 18 months.
How you'll make a difference: You'll turn organizational priorities into workplace solutions that improve how people connect, work, and thrive.
