The UGDSB is looking for a permanent full-time Manager of Planning to oversee the planning department. You will be responsible for enrolment forecasting, land use planning, and accommodation strategies. Your role includes training staff, managing budgets, and addressing community planning to support school facilities and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Board's Planning Department for effective operations
• Supervise planning staff and manage performance reviews
• Oversee annual enrolment projections for all schools




• Develop Long-Term Program and Accommodation Strategy
• Manage accommodation review processes and boundary adjustments

Requirements:
• Degree in Urban and Regional Planning or related field
• 7-8 years in school board or land development planning
• Proven leadership and supervisory experience
• Expertise in municipal and educational planning
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GIS applications
