Your day-to-day activities will include tracking changes, calculating costs, and preparing estimates that exceed client expectations. Collaborating with project planners and cost controllers, you’ll implement best practices in estimation and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Help develop multidisciplinary estimates using engineering data
• Prepare assessments for allowances and miscellaneous costs




• Conduct thorough material quantity take-offs
• Collaborate with project planners and cost controllers
• Assess client and subcontractor changes to contracts

Requirements:
• College diploma or university degree required
• 5 to 12 years experience in relevant sectors
• Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Office
• Advanced proficiency in English and French essential
• Knowledge of AACEI practices is an asset
