Our client in Markham is looking to hire an experienced Manufacturing Engineer. They are seeking someone who has at least 3 years of work experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or as a Process Engineer with an aerospace or automotive manufacturing company.

Location: Markham, Ontario. 100% On Site

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Vacancy Status: This is an active vacancy

Compensation: $80,000 – $95,000 per year

Responsibilities
Engineer and deploy manufacturing methods, tooling solutions, and production fixtures that support both recent product launches and ongoing programs.
Drive investigations into production or quality disruptions, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to restore stable operations.
Build, update, and standardize process documentation, including work instructions, SOPs, and control plans that guide consistent manufacturing execution.
Partner closely with design and engineering teams to ensure products are optimized for effective and reliable manufacturing (DFM/DFA).
Contribute to the evaluation, selection, installation, and qualification of capital equipment required for production.




Assist in diagnosing anomalies encountered during testing or flight activities, supporting structured root‑cause analysis.
Prepare and maintain engineering documentation such as design review packages, test summaries, and requirement‑tracking records.
Provide training and hands‑on support to production teams as current processes, tools, or equipment are introduced.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Manufacturing or Process Engineer while being employed with an aerospace or automotive manufacturing company.
