In this permanent, full time role, your expertise in geotechnical processes will be vital for various projects, including transportation and flood control. You will interact with clients, oversee project management, and mentor junior staff, all while enjoying the advantages of a comprehensive package.

Key Responsibilities:



• Direct geotechnical analyses and provide design solutions • Conduct field investigations and laboratory testing • Manage quality control for ongoing projects • Prepare technical proposals in response to client needs • Coach junior staff and promote safety culture

Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Geological Engineering • Minimum 10 years in geotechnical engineering • P. Eng. registration in Ontario • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication and mentoring abilities
