Norton Rose Fulbright Canada LLP is currently seeking a Floater Legal Assistant to work in our Calgary Office. This full-time permanent legal assistant role will provide support to lawyers and Legal Assistants in our Litigation practice with opportunity to support all practice groups. This position will play a key role in handling administrative items.

We are seeking a highly organized professional individual with excellent client service skills, who thrives in a rapid-paced, high-performance culture. Prepare, compile, serve and file documents for court tribunals, arbitration/mediation and contractual matters. Prepare expense reports and oversee key account billing administration.

Manage and coordinate lawyers' schedules, including coordinating hearing dates, questionings, client meetings, conference calls and travel arrangements. Draft and revise correspondence and e-mails. Handle incoming telephone, email and mail correspondence.

Completion of a recognized legal assistant program is preferred Minimum of 3 years Legal Assistant experience,
