Duty

- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment following health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, including sinks, counters, and storage areas
- Assist with food handling tasks as needed to support kitchen operations
- Ensure all items are properly stored and organized after cleaning for easy access during service
- Support the kitchen team by preparing basic food items or assisting with light food prep when required
- Follow all safety protocols related to food handling and sanitation procedures




- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure timely clearing of tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout service hours

Requirements

- Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on hygiene and sanitation
