Play a key role in assisting patients with complex mental health and addiction challenges. In this critical role, you will provide comprehensive assessments, develop strategic treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy.

- Conduct thorough patient assessments and devise treatment plans
- Offer individual/group psychotherapy and crisis intervention




- Network with community resources to aid patient recovery
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Support all mental health and addictions program as needed Requirements:
- Accredited Master of Social Work (MSW) required
- Two years of related clinical experience in mental health/addiction
- Membership with relevant Ontario professional organizations
- Experience with trauma-informed care necessary
