The Opportunity La Canadienne is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Yorkville.

This role is ideal for an individual passionate about luxury retail, styling, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a brand ambassador, you will support sales, client relationships, merchandising, and day-to-day store operations while representing the values and craftsmanship of La Canadienne.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience & Sales

- Deliver an elevated and personalized shopping experience
- Build strong relationships with clients and support customer retention
- Achieve individual sales goals through exceptional service and product knowledge
- Educate customers on product features, fit, care, and seasonal collections
- Support clientele development and current customer acquisition

Store Operations




- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with receiving, replenishment, and merchandising of products
- Support inventory organization and stockroom maintenance
- Prepare customer orders and support shipping/transfer processes
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and overall store presentation

Team & Brand Support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales floor
- Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment
- Uphold company policies, operational procedures, and luxury service standards
- Support additional store tasks and operational needs as required

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in luxury or premium retail
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Passion for fashion, styling, and luxury products
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Ability to build rapport and create long-term customer relationships
- Adaptable availability including weekdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs
