We're currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our team at our back parts counter. In this role, you'll help customers and our internal teams find the right parts, manage orders, and keep our parts department organized and running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with identifying, selecting, quoting, and billing the parts they need in a friendly and effective manner.
- Support internal departments with parts requests and order fulfillment.
- Locate out-of-stock parts from outside sources and place emergency orders when required.
- Provide customers with estimated arrival times for special-order parts.
- Monitor and follow up on back-ordered parts.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming parts shipments.
- Prepare outgoing shipments as required.
- Maintain accurate parts inventory and assist with inventory control.
- Keep the parts stock room, counter, and work areas clean and organized.
- Maintain a professional appearance and provide a high level of customer service.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

- 1–3 years of previous customer service experience.
- Previous parts, dealership, automotive, heavy equipment, or related industry experience is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of construction and landscaping equipment is a definite asset.
- Valid driver's licence with a clean driver's abstract.
- Minimum Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or equivalent.




- Technical certification from a recognized post-secondary institution is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable learning parts systems, product information, and new processes.
- Willingness to complete required training.
- Dependable, hardworking, and committed to providing excellent service.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

No weekends!
