Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their needs, and provide expert advice on parts and accessories suitable for their vehicles
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments with professionalism
- Manage inventory levels by tracking stock, placing orders for parts, and ensuring timely fulfillment of customer requests
- Assist customers with product selection, technical questions, and troubleshooting to enhance their experience
- Maintain organized records of sales, orders, and customer interactions using Microsoft Excel or other organizational tools




- Collaborate with the service team to ensure parts availability for repairs and maintenance jobs
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or taking orders remotely, ensuring clear communication at all times

Experience

- Previous dealership experience or familiarity with automotive repair is highly preferred
- Proven retail sales experience with strong customer service skills
- Experience operating POS systems and handling cash transactions confidently
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively
- Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software is advantageous
- Robust communication skills combined with negotiation abilities to upsell products and close sales
- Organizational skills to manage inventory, fulfill orders accurately, and maintain a tidy workspace
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
