This position reports directly to the Director of Engineering and Public Works. Your focus will be on managing municipal infrastructure projects including sewer systems and road development. Your role includes preparing cost estimates, analyzing project performance, and liaising with diverse stakeholders while upholding high standards for public accountability.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and manage municipal infrastructure projects
• Prepare cost estimates and performance reports
• Develop innovative solutions for environmental and quality needs




• Surveil and approve engineering drawings for infrastructure
• Lead communication with public, developers, and contractors

Requirements:
• Two-year diploma in Civil Engineering Technology essential
• Five years of progressive experience required
• Solid resourcefulness and initiative necessary
• Proven leadership in a unionized environment
• Project Management Professional certification is an asset
