As a Clinical Practice Leader (CPL) at Scarborough Health Network, you will take a strategic role in enhancing clinical practice across various healthcare areas. Your responsibilities will include overseeing teams, fostering career development, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. Lead efforts to integrate patient-centered care and innovative practices in a community-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide strategic direction for clinical practice leadership
• Mentor healthcare staff to enhance performance and skills

• Ensure compliance with quality and patient safety standards

Requirements:
• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Baccalaureate degree in Nursing required
