Your role facilitates Business Development efforts that prioritize Indigenous perspectives, ensuring impactful community engagement and support for economic participation initiatives. You will also advise the senior leadership team on critical Indigenous matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Define and oversee the Indigenous Relations strategy
• Collaborate on Indigenous Participation Plans




• Build trust with Indigenous Nations and communities
• Guide teams in effective community consultations
• Monitor and promote adherence to Indigenous relations commitments

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline
• At least 10 years in community relations
• Experience engaging with Indigenous communities
• Solid negotiation and relationship skills
• Federal security clearance eligibility
