As an Occupational Nurse, you will coordinate with the Safety Department, handle workplace injury claims, and implement health initiatives to improve employee wellbeing. Your expertise will also be crucial in managing mental health concerns and assisting with return-to-work strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Risk Department on claims management
• Implement best practices for workplace safety
• Assess and manage work-related injuries
• Serve as a clinical resource for health incidents
• Evaluate employees’ medical histories for informed care
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse (RN) certification required
• 3-5 years of occupational health experience
• Experience managing workplace injuries and claims
• Ability to travel frequently and work on-call
• G driver's license with a recent abstract
