This managerial role will focus on the day-to-day management of iFIT’s North American 3PL operations. You will be pivotal in ensuring vendors meet performance standards, managing order processing, and maintaining accuracy in logistics coordination. By collaborating across internal teams, you will enhance inventory accuracy and fulfillment efficiency while identifying areas for process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:



• Maintain solid relationships with 3PL partners through partnership meetings • Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and shipping • Monitor SLA and KPI performance metrics • Facilitate cross-department collaboration on logistics • Review 3PL billing and resolve discrepancies

Requirements: • 3+ years experience in logistics or supply chain • Direct involvement with 3PL partners • Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) • Proficient in order management and shipping processes • Regular travel between US, Canada, and Mexico required
