As a key member of Baxter, you will work the permanent full-time afternoon shift, ensuring timely production and quality control in our Alliston facility. Your responsibilities include visual inspections, filling IV bags, and maintaining stringent quality standards, all while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect and fill IV bags accurately
• Load and seal over-wrapped assemblies
• Document production counts and rework as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace
• Follow GMP and SOP standards diligently
Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED required
• Experience in a manufacturing or GMP environment
• Solid attention to detail and teamwork
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently
• Flexibility to work weekends if needed
