Your role will entail supervising staff and ensuring program compliance while implementing strategic initiatives that boost performance. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the execution of WIOA Adult, Youth, and Dislocated Worker programs
• Collaborate with local Workforce Development Boards




• Monitor compliance and programs for effectiveness
• Lead budget management to align with program goals
• Ensure staff development through mentorship and coaching

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or relevant field
• 5+ years of experience in workforce operations
• Proven leadership in diverse team environments
• Solid problem-solving and strategic thinking skills
• Spanish language skills preferred
