Ozcare is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to work part time at our Labrador aged care facility, Keith Turnbull Place. Provide compassionate support tailored to the needs of our clients.

In this Care Assistant role, you will play a key part in assisting clients with their personal care and daily living activities. Your efforts will help encourage independence, emotional support, and overall well-being for aged care clients. Collaborating with a supportive team, you will use a holistic approach to meet each client’s distinct requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver care as per clients' personalized plans
• Support clients in developing independence
• Assist with daily personal care tasks like showering
• Manage clients’ medication effectively
• Work with a team for holistic care delivery

Requirements:
• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent
• Valid First Aid and CPR certificates
• Vaccination for Influenza and Covid-19
• Police Check within the last 3 years
• Proficient with computers and mobile devices
