Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure governance of ELR/OHS practices and policies
• Guide collective bargaining with unions and stakeholders
• Implement health and wellness programs for employees
• Monitor ELR/OHS metrics and report on program success
• Foster relationships to identify emerging trends
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or relevant discipline
• 10+ years’ experience in complex, multi-union settings
• Solid understanding of relevant provincial legislation
• Proficient in conflict resolution and negotiation
• Experience coaching leaders on health and safety strategies
