You will report directly to the Director of Operations while leading a skilled maintenance team. Your primary tasks will involve implementing predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to achieve uptime targets and operational objectives. Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance team operations aligning with national programs
• Utilize RCA, RCM, and FMEA for informed decision-making
• Improve MRO inventory control and critical spare parts identification
• Support annual CAPEX program execution
• Foster a team workplace focused on plant performance

Requirements:
• Five years in Maintenance Management essential
• Engineering Degree or Diploma in relevant fields required
• Certification in asset management is a plus
• Five years CMMS experience needed
• Expertise in project management necessary
