As the Principal Architect for Fixed Wireless at Xplore Inc., you will harness advanced engineering skills to manage recent technology initiatives and optimize wireless network performance. Your work will encompass translating architectural goals into executable strategies, with a specific focus on RAN features and RF enhancements. Partner closely with various teams to ensure features are validated and deployed efficiently while driving measurable improvements in customer experience.

Requirements:
