As a specialist, you'll report to the Resuscitation Program Manager and engage with regional partners and instructors to advance emergency cardiovascular care. You will ensure program compliance and high-quality training standards, while leveraging data analytics for reporting and insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain robust ties with external partners and instructors
• Monitor and assure compliance with training program standards
• Address program quality concerns effectively
• Support data-driven decisions to enhance network performance
• Coordinate the regional rollout of resuscitation programs
Requirements:
• Degree or certification related to business or health science
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in management
• Familiarity with health care training programs
• Proven ability to communicate effectively
• Non-profit sector experience advantageous
