We are looking for a dedicated individual to take ownership of the entire engineering lifecycle at Sideshift. You will guide a multidisciplinary team to develop cutting-edge marine propulsion systems, ensuring seamless project execution from R&D; through production launch. Your skills in design, prototyping, and integration will shape our influential technical roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead R&D; for marine propulsion and control systems
• Drive design and validation of electromechanical products
• Manage development processes from concept to delivery




• Coordinate with Product Strategy and Operations teams
• Stay involved in details and ensure quality

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
• 5–10 years of relevant engineering experience
• Successful track record in product development
• Understanding of embedded technologies
• Proficient in SolidWorks and related tools
