As a part of Relay’s Transaction Monitoring team, you will leverage your 2+ years’ experience in transaction monitoring to analyze payments and identify suspicious activity. In this role, your clarity and curiosity will empower Relay to optimize its fraud response while maintaining trust. You’ll be key in shaping our rules and controls to better serve small business owners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review flagged transactions and verify critical documentation
• Make decisive hold/release calls impacting client access
• Identify and report unusual money movement patterns




• Document and present findings to cross-functional teams
• Propose updates to current fraud detection mechanisms

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of transaction monitoring experience
• Experience making hold/release decisions independently
