Support pediatric health initiatives with Keewatinohk Inniniw Minoayawin as a Medical Office Assistant. This role combines travel and community engagement in a hybrid work environment to ensure equitable health access. As a Medical Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering culturally safe and thorough support for First Nations children and families.

Your responsibilities include coordinating clinics, managing appointments, and supporting patient flow in a compassionate workplace. Regular visits to northern Manitoba First Nations are essential, emphasizing your commitment to community health. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare examination spaces and clinical materials
- Assist patients during registration and information gathering




- Maintain patient confidentiality and organized records
- Coordinate virtual appointments and clinic logistics
- Build relationships with community health partners

Requirements:

- Two to three years of medical office experience
- Proficient in medical terminology and electronic records
- Experience with First Nations preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- PHIA training upon hire and valid driver’s license

Contribute positively to health equity and community well-being in northern Manitoba.
