Foods is seeking a People & Culture Advisor to support a high-performing workforce and exceptional employee experiences. This integral role focuses on providing HR guidance, assisting with employee relations, and fostering a robust organizational culture. You will work closely with leadership to innovate initiatives that enhance employee well-being and talent development. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide HR guidance and interpret company policies
- Consult managers on performance and conflict resolution
- Recruit and onboard new employees effectively
- Act as an employee advocate for needs and concerns
- Lead initiatives for employee engagement and wellness Requirements:
- 3+ years of HR generalist experience in Food & Beverage
- Post-secondary education in HR or related field
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Collaborative approach with interpersonal skills
