As a PSW Coordinator, you will oversee daily operations and provide leadership to Personal Support Workers (PSWs) in accordance with AgeCare’s mission.

Engage in the hiring, orientation, and development of PSWs while monitoring and improving care services through detailed audits. This role is essential for maintaining a person-centered environment for residents. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily PSW operations alongside the Director of Care
- Monitor and evaluate PSW performance and care delivery
- Conduct oversight on audits: care, hygiene, and supplies
- Facilitate onboarding and training for new PSWs
- Promote best practices through coaching and mentorship

Requirements:

- Graduate of PSW Certificate/Diploma Program
- Experience as a PSW in Long Term Care
- Knowledge of treatment procedures and bedside care
- BSO certification preferred
- Strong communication and computer skills
