You'll assist clients with personal care, collaborate with healthcare teams, and support individuals in both retirement homes and community settings. Ideal candidates should be available at least two weekdays and every other weekend. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide homemaking and personal support services
- Assist clients with daily living activities
- Collaborate with healthcare team members
- Offer bedside care in retirement facilities
- Perform light housekeeping tasks as needed

Requirements:

- Hold a Personal Support Worker Certificate or Diploma
- Valid Ontario Driver’s license and insurance
- Current CPR certification
- Recent TB test
- Palliative care experience is a bonus
